めだかの学校

2/3はパン教室の日でした。今日はまとめての報告を数日に分けて書いています。毎日コツコツ入力するのが自分自身１番負担にならないですよね。

さて、今日は９時半～１６時までのロングレッスンでした。

生ハムと一緒にいただきました。デニッシュも前回のクロワッサン作りの復習を兼ね

手ごねで作成しました。食事系にもお菓子系にもなるパン。今回もフルーツやクリーが

たっぷり。
